I am a Blockchain Engineer and Engineering Leader with 4+ years building in startup environments — taking products from raw research all the way to production while owning architecture, team, and delivery simultaneously.
My core expertise is in blockchain protocol engineering: privacy systems, EVM and LWS-based chains, smart contracts, and applied cryptography. But the work has always been more than code — I've led cross-functional teams, driven product strategy, and made the architectural calls that determine whether something ships or stalls.
I hold a PG Diploma in AI & ML from IIT Guwahati. Alongside my main engineering role, I run Dhiva-Labs — an independent lab for software, hardware, embedded systems, and anything else worth building. I'm actively seeking leadership roles: Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, CTO or founding-engineer positions where I can own more than a backlog.
I've owned architecture end-to-end across multiple production blockchain systems — not just contributing, but setting direction, making hard calls, and being accountable for outcomes.
Hired, mentored, and grown engineering teams at startups. I know how to create rhythm, unblock people, and keep quality high without burning the team out.
I've taken cryptographic research papers — Bulletproofs++, account abstraction, privacy protocols — and turned them into shipped, production-grade systems. Not many engineers do both.
Four years of zero-to-one product building means I thrive in ambiguity, move fast without losing rigour, and understand that the best engineers are also product thinkers.
